1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ToolKit Android application ("ToolKit", "the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ToolKit is a free utility application that scans links for phishing and malware indicators, checks SSL/TLS certificates, strips tracking parameters, generates QR codes and passwords, and provides on-device network and device diagnostic tools. Every check runs locally on your device. The app is free to use and is supported by ads from Google; see our Privacy Policy for what those ads collect.

3. No Account Required

ToolKit does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or register in any way. There is no user database, because there is no backend server.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ToolKit only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the app in a way that could harm its functionality or other users' devices.

5. No Warranty

ToolKit's link, phishing, and malware checks are heuristic and pattern-based — they are provided "as is" and are not a guarantee that any link, file, or destination is safe. ToolKit is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for your own judgment or a dedicated security product.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolKit and its developers are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the app, including reliance on its scan results or use of any link you choose to open.

7. Third-Party Links

When you choose to open a link scanned by ToolKit, you leave the app and visit that destination directly, exactly as your browser would. ToolKit is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party website you visit.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ToolKit after a change means you accept the revised terms. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or via our Contact page.
